1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Exit Review mobile application ("App") and the website at exitreview.app ("Website"), collectively referred to as the "Service," operated by Weboth LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Exit Review is an entertainment application that allows users to rate everyday life moments and generate AI-powered humorous reviews in various styles. The Service includes:
- AI-generated text reviews of user-submitted life moments
- AI-powered photo analysis and commentary ("Roast Mode")
- Shareable image formats (meme cards, fake tweets, etc.)
- Personal analytics and insights
- Optional premium subscription features
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
4. User Accounts and Data
The Service does not require account creation. Your data (reviews, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not store your personal review content on our servers. AI-generated content is processed through third-party AI providers (see Section 9) and is not retained by us after delivery.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or that promotes violence
- Upload photos of individuals without their consent for the purpose of harassment or bullying
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Circumvent any usage limits, security measures, or access controls
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Distribute or publicly display generated content in a way that implies endorsement by real brands (Amazon, Google, etc.)
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service generates humorous, fictional content using artificial intelligence. All AI-generated reviews, roasts, meme captions, and other text are intended purely for entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content does not represent the views or opinions of Weboth LLC
- AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate despite our safety measures
- You are solely responsible for how you use and share AI-generated content
- Generated content should not be used to harass, defame, or harm any individual
- Share formats (fake tweets, fake Amazon reviews, etc.) are clearly labeled as generated by Exit Review and should not be presented as authentic
7. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service offers a free tier with limited daily usage and an optional premium subscription ("Exit Review Premium").
- Free tier: 3 reviews per day, select AI voices, basic share formats, ad-supported
- Premium: Unlimited reviews, all AI voices, all share formats, no ads
Pricing: $3.99/month or $29.99/year (prices may vary by region). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) according to their respective refund policies.
8. Advertisements
The free tier of the Service displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). These ads may use device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant content. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. Premium subscribers do not see ads.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with the following third-party providers:
- xAI (Grok): AI text and vision model for review generation and photo analysis
- Anthropic (Claude): AI text model used as a fallback for review generation
- Google AdMob: Advertising services for the free tier
- RevenueCat: Subscription management and payment processing
- Vercel: API proxy hosting and website hosting
Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.
10. Intellectual Property
Our content: The Service, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by Weboth LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your content: You retain ownership of the titles, notes, and photos you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content through AI providers solely for the purpose of generating reviews.
AI-generated content: You may freely use, share, and modify AI-generated reviews and images created through the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WEBOTH LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUALITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEBOTH LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT, LOSS OF DATA, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weboth LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your sharing of AI-generated content.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or Website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
